Why assistance matters

A pre-surgery consultation decides whether an operation goes ahead. Anyone who only half understands it consents to something they cannot see the whole of. We translate during the conversation so your questions land and the answers reach you.

Relatives often take on this role out of necessity. It weighs on them and puts them in a conflict of roles, especially with a serious diagnosis. We take that off their shoulders.
