• Initial assessment

  We obtain the provider's medical response and translate it for you.

• Treatment plan and cost

  You receive the proposed treatment plan, the expected duration and, where the hospital issues one, an estimated cost.

• Second opinion

  On request we obtain a second specialist opinion before you travel.
