  We identify the provider best suited to the case and request an initial assessment, a treatment plan and, where available, an estimated cost.

• Appointment and admission coordination

  We coordinate examinations, appointments and admission procedures and help obtain the hospital documents needed for a medical visa.

• Medical translation and assistance

  We provide written and spoken medical translation as well as personal assistance at appointments and during hospital stays.

• Accommodation, pickup and transport

  We help with suitable accommodation, airport pickup and travel to hospitals and medical appointments.

• Ongoing support and follow-up care

  We stay in contact throughout treatment and coordinate final reports, check-up appointments and rehabilitation.

Who does what

The work sits with three parties. That split decides what we can promise and what we cannot.

Our role is coordination, organisation and support. The decision to issue a visa rests solely with the responsible embassy or authority.

Individually or as a whole

Some patients have already found the hospital and only need someone present at the consultation. Others arrive with a diagnosis and nothing else. We start wherever you are.
