Organising the journey
We coordinate appointments, admission, hospital documents for the visa, accommodation, pickup and transport.
Support during and after treatment
We stay in contact with you and coordinate translation, assistance, final reports and follow-up care.
How long this takes
The timeframe depends on the type of case, how complete the file is and which provider is involved. Our team keeps you informed as things progress.
Planned treatment usually needs several weeks of lead time, mainly because of the appointment and the visa. In urgent cases we tell you what is realistic in the time available.
